Hi, I'm Dr. Lesley Schimanski and I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, just outside of Vancouver, Canada. My passions are pet and landscape/nature photography. My goal is always to capture the moment - the energy, the beauty, the view - in a way that it will be remembered forever. I am trained in animal behavior and brain science and hold BSc and PhD degrees in these areas. I have published academic studies and taught university courses in psychology and animal behavior, and am an avid reader of dog psychology and training books. I volunteer at dog rescues, the SPCA, and take photos for pet adoption ads. I am a true animal lover!
